Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis. The amount paid, excluding payment processor commissions and/or fees, will be immediately refunded upon user request, provided such user purchased a Premium Membership and never used it for actual content access. In the case a user is found to be violating any of the above listed terms and conditions, FilesMonster administration reserves the right to block the account of such user without prior warning.įilesMonster administration monitors all usage of Premium Memberships in order to detect any possible violations and misuse immediately.
